"I believe counseling is most effective when we care for the whole person, not just the challenges that bring someone into therapy. My approach is rooted in holistic care, recognizing the connection between our emotional, spiritual, physical, relational, and mental well-being. My hope is to help clients better understand themselves, find healing, and move toward lasting growth. Outside of counseling, I'm an avid runner and enjoy all things creative. Running has been an important part of my own mental wellness, and I believe creative outlets can be powerful tools for processing life's experiences and fostering healing."
