“I'm a practicing addiction and trauma-focused clinician based in Louisiana. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, where I developed a passion for integrating sound theology with evidence-based clinical care. I'm trained in EMDR, Story-Informed Trauma Therapy (SITT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). I enjoy helping individuals heal from trauma, overcome addiction, navigate spiritual concerns, and address the deeper wounds that often lie beneath life's struggles. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Outside of the counseling office, you'll usually find me writing, collecting DVDs, taking cabin trips with my dog Sammy, or hosting friends for dinner. Walking alongside people as they pursue healing and lasting change is both an honor and a privilege, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of their journey.”
